W3C has created the ATAG Report Tool to check for ATAG compliance. The tool helps evaluators report on the accessibility of the authoring tools. Evaluators can record the evaluation results for each requirement and the tool generates a report of the conformance. The report can be exported as HTML or as JSON. The tool has really excellent usage instructions and it very nicely guides the user through all the requirements.
